I have a repeater running which doesn't have a GPS chip so whenever it reboots I need to connect to it over lora and issue a time EPOCH_TIMESTAMP command so that it's clock it "synced" with the network. I would like to have an integration in remoteterm which enables this. Use the tracking feature which pulls data from that receiver and react if the date is wrong or if the uptime of the repeater is lower than a value.

Try the ZephCore RPT firmware (if it supports your board), because this firmware has a algoritm to update time with info from the mesh packets it receives (and it works really well).
