Support for MeshCore Open's reaction format, added in https://github.com/zjs81/meshcore-open/commit/90ce46392a04ebf04c237e03916727f35b6e975f and since the client appears to be popular in the Bay Area MeshCore community.

🤔 What problem does it solve?

Fixing weird formatting like this:
