Add column comment_level in #user_info table (mysql default value = 1)
On registration, value of default profile will be used.
Values of #user_infos.comment_level:
o = -2 : Permanent untrusted user (no automatic changes)
o = -1 : Permanent trusted user (no automatic changes)
o = 0: Trusted user (might be changed by his comments)
o > 0: Untrusted user (might be changed with his comments)
If a user is trusted, comment approval is automatic and anti-flood is disabled.
Otherwise approval is required and anti-flood is enabled.
Comment level decrease by 1 on comment validation or increase by 1 on each rejected or deleted comment.
Level 0 CANNOT be decreased.
Negative level cannot be altered on comment validation/rejection.
Level for guest, generic user cannot be increase or decrease.
Default display is holding the default value (except if shared with the default guest (which is -2), in that specific case the default value is 1 as mysql default value).
Level for administrators or webmasters is always -1. (check this with c13y)
Level can be changed manually in page "user list" with a combobox.
Add of triggers in order to develop plugins allowing complex management. (added, deletion, modification of comments)

Very interesting feature rub. I have some remarks about the description:
> Default display is holding the default value (except if shared with the
> default guest (which is -2), in that specific case the default value is
> 1 as mysql default value).
User 2 (guest) is the "template user" 99.93% of the time. So it means that the default value is the Mysql default value. I don't like this at all (this is also the case for images.level and it's a pain, I have to change this). A config_default.inc.php configuration setting would be much cleaner.
> Level can be changed manually in page "user list" with a combobox.
What options in this list?
How do we see the current comment_level for a given user?

In the forum, config_default.inc.php was one the propositions.
But, we have introduced the concept of default user and I prefer to apply this method. (like for high definition properties).
If really people are lost, we must to review the way of default user (it's perhaps bad accessible on adminsistrtion)
Je viens de relire la description en haut et en fait ce n'est pas la mienne.
Je pensais que Vincent avait juste changé les termes en anglais mais non il a aussi changé les specs!!! Ca sert à rien d'écrire des choses pour les changer après.
J'aimerai bien RETROUVER mon texte initial, merci!

I think to add a array of default value on config_default.inc.php with this content (-2-,-1, 0,1,3,10,100). Each number is translated to text on the combo box. ( Permanent untrusted, Permanent trusted, ..., untrusted user level 3, ...)
>How do we see the current comment_level for a given user?
On user page, each level will ne translate like for the array above.
On user page, current level will be add to the array in order to show this value.
