Configure default permission/group when creating new PARENT category/album #835

Configuring all my albums by copying/deleting/moving images and folders in galleries folder.

Every hour a script does syncing automatically. (https://github.com/pommes-frites/piwigo-scripts/issues/2)

Now I miss the ability to set a default group to a new created parent PARENT/ROOT category/album.
With "newcat_default_status" album is set private and with "inheritance_by_default":

// newcat_default_status : at creation, must a category be public or private
// ? Warning : if the parent category is private, the category is
// automatically create private.
$conf['newcat_default_status'] = 'private';

// https://github.com/Piwigo/Piwigo/issues/892
// Set groupacess for child-categories
$conf['inheritance_by_default'] = true;

all children inherit the parents group permission.

I would need a new parameter to set parent's default_group, like:

$conf['rootcat_default_group'] = 'anyUserGroup';

Or is there another way to do this? A script or a unknown config parameter?
