We have received several user feedback after they update to version 2.9.4

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in include/dblayer/functions_mysqli.inc.php on line 403

As far as I understand, the problem is the PHP version still on 5.2. Piwigo 2.9.4 needs PHP 5.3 or higher (7.0+ recommended)
