If you upload a TIFF file with exotic color profile, and I simply mean "not sRGB", the JPEG/PNG representative created by upload_file_tiff function will embed the exotic color profile. As usual, we have no idea how the web browser will render colors if you're not on sRGB. It depends on the operating system and web browser.

I've found an sRGB standard color profile + an option for ImageMagick to force the use of a color profile. Let's offer this option.
