Hi,

I'm facing an issue that, my uploaded photo has 640 permission instead of 644, so I can't access the photo by 403 error code.

By checking the code in functions_upload.inc.php I see that the function chmod is not working properly.

My case, I don't use the Piwigo upload api, but using an other service, and when have the file I use the function add_uploaded_file as Piwigo does.

Could someone please suggest me the solution? Thanks.
