Issue was described in https://github.com/tkuther/piwigo-bootstrap-darkroom/issues/153 and temporary patched at template level.

I'm making a PR to resolve this problem at core level.

tldr;
Function $template->get_template_vars('TITLE') for section recent_cats returns a HTML string without self anchor tag.

It seems that favorites also need a fix.
