Administrators can sort the users by registration date, username, privacy level or language. The username column is always displayed but not the others.
The evolution requiered is to be able to display registration date, privacy level and / or Language columns in users management view. Due to space restriction on this page, i think that 2 additionnal columns could be displayed without deleting another one.
The selection of displayed columns could be set in administration page > Configuration > General or in a default_local.inc.php file.

In Piwigo 2.0, privacy level is already displayed in the "Properties" column. BUT, I think a major rewrite of this administration screen should be achieved. I think that a jQuery datagrid plugin could do the job, like http://www.flexigrid.info/ (but there are many others). We would be able to sort by clicking on the column name, to add or remove displayed columns, etc.

You're right. JQuery could be a good solution to do this. But I don't know JQuery...
The goal is to be able to dysplay or not and sort any kind of users informations available in database. And so in the easiest way at all. Note : The sorting engine allready exists and works fine on actual version.
