[tags] "i" icon doesn't work after first time #634

This has been a bug on the Tags page of the administration area for a while and has always bugged me. It's still present in 2.9.0.

Replication steps:

  • go to Tags page
  • click the "i" next to any tag to bring up the stats bubble (number of photos, view/manage links)
  • click on a different "i" to bring up the status bubble (it should still work)
  • let the bubble close (you may need to move your mouse into the bubble and then out again to get it to go away
  • now try to click an "i" again, and nothing will happen

At this point you can only restore the "i" links by refreshing the entire page. I've replicated this in Chrome and IE.

Just tried to reproduce but I .have not been able to in both Firefox and Chrome.
Works as expected.

I still have this problem in all current versions of the browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox).

However, since I originally logged this issue, I created a second Piwigo gallery and THAT one doesn't seem to have the problem (pretty much the same setup and extensions in both). Could it be related to the number of tags? My primary Piwigo site has ~3800 tags (where the issue is present). The other site only has 19 tags and the "i" icons continue to work.
