Change comment notification options in order to ameliorate the interface.

Result (in french):
[X] Validation des commentaires

Activer la notification:

  • Jamais
  • Pour tout nouveau commentaire
  • Uniquement si la validation est nécessaire

Notification envoyée:
[X] Au webmestre principal
[X] Aux webmestres
[X] Aux administrateurs

C'est faisable!

Quelles options à ne pas donner aux administrateurs?

PS: Je pense qu'il faudrait ouvrir un sujet sur le forum pour la gestion webmestre/admin sur l'ensemble des pages admin, non?
