Version: 2.4.4

as a prerequisite do a cleanup on batch manager

• remove duplicate code from global/unit modes (sorting on category or duplicates)
• remove 4 duplicate queries in batch manager global
• replace filter_sets with a class (will break plugin event handlers perform_batch_manager_prefilters) that will allow to know if current set is empty/sorted/uninitialized etc ...
