Version: 2.7.3

If you have a piwigo in a network witch uses/forces a http-proxy for connect to the internet, you can't use plugin installer and updater.

I have make a simple patch to allow easy config of proxy server.

Steps to reproduce: 1. install piwigo in cooperate network.
2. verify, plugin installer page doesn't work
3. install my patch
4. config proxy
5. it works !

Additional information: Please add this patch to piwigo core,
thank you.
