Version: 2.7.0

In upload form, if php is misconfigured for upload_max_filesize and post_max_size, a warning banner is displayed.

If we choose to hide this banner during an upload task, the curent upload is stopped and pending uploads are lost.

I'm also having this problem with 2.8 :
When I select some pictures to add, the progression stop after each picture with a red stop icon. If I click on the icon, then the picture is added and the next one start to be transfered.

I see some timeout in nginx logs :
2016/09/03 01:49:26 [error] 2171#0: *53757 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: xxxxxxxxx, server: piwigo.xxxxxx.com, request: "POST /ws.php?method=pwg.images.upload&format=json HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "piwigo.selle-et-riz.com", referrer: "http://piwigo.selle-et-riz.com/admin.php?page=photos_add"

Is there any hint about this problem ?

@fabienmorin well it doesn't seems related to that ticket so please open another one This one is about upload_max_filesize and post_max_size which are php config. Check them. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23686505/php-post-max-size-vs-upload-max-filesize-what-is-the-difference
Then if it's not related as I thought open a new thread in our forum or here
