Adds three new filters to the Batch Manager (Filetype, Creation Date, and Post Date) with full front-end interaction, back-end filtering, and input validation.

Changes :
New Filters UI & Logic: Implemented Filetype, Creation Date, and Post Date filters in batch_manager_filter.inc.tpl and batch_manager.php.

Date Filters Features: Dual-date range selection with single-day toggle mode, dynamic DB boundaries fallback (MIN/MAX).

JS Validations: Prevents submission if those filters are visible and empty (at least one filetype checked; required date selected in single/range mode) and clears error messages dynamically on user input.
