The issue with the message exists alreadx since some time, just didn't bother yet to report.
If I log out and in again or after initially logging in first nothing is shown and after 1-2 seconds the message appears. Clicking on it leads to an empty list.

@plegall, after some digging I found that the videojs-plugin was not updated. Obviously version 15g had version auto which seems to be not recognized. After manually updating the notice in the dashboard did not appear again.
