• Ensure that disabled derivatives by default is a configurable setting.
• Fallback in get_disabled_type_map to verify that the data in the database is correct
• Unable to modify the pixels of a derivative when it is disabled.
• Do not delete the disabled_derivatives parameter from the database; set it to NULL.
