unzip /Users/plg/www/piwigo.org/download/piwigo/release/16/16.1.0/piwigo-16.1.0.zip && mv piwigo 1610
/tmp % find . -name quick_search.tpl
./1600/themes/default/template/help/quick_search.tpl
./1610/themes/default/template/help/quick_search.tpl
/tmp % find . -name quick_search.css
./1600/themes/default/css/help/quick_search.css
./1610/themes/default/css/help/quick_search.css

If you are using the linuxserver image I recommend that you switch to the official docker image.
You can follow this install guide https://piwigo.org/guides/install/docker
Hi, I tried to reproduce your issue by using piwigo docker 16.0.0 then upgrading to 16.1.0 and I couldn't reproduce it.
I tried to see if any file was missing but that doesn't seems to be the case :
```
~/PiwigoDocker/piwigo-data/piwigo % find . \( -name quick_search.css -o -name quick_search.tpl \)
./themes/default/css/help/quick_search.css
./themes/default/template/help/quick_search.tpl
```
If you are using the linuxserver image I recommend that you switch to the official docker image.
