If open_basedir is set in php.ini, is_in_container will generate a warning when called :

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/proc/2/sched) is not within the allowed path(s)

This is fixed in the following commits :

• master : 57f725d8e6
• 16.X : dd159f4604
