Manually Order of Photos - The images are always displayed by upload date and not like in the gallery #2100

In my gallery, photos are sorted by date they were taken.
If I want to change this order manually I can do this in the admin area.

But in the admin area, the photos are not displayed according to the date they were taken. They are always displayd according to the order in which they were uploaded.

If you upload the photos in several installments and do not stick to the order in which they were taken, then it is not possible to conveniently move individual photos.

The order in the admin-panel should be the same like in the gallery.
