Tags have two fields: raw_name and name (the display value, which may be altered by plugins like ExtendedDescription).
When editing a tag, the API returned name = raw_name. As a result, the edit modal showed the raw value instead of the plugin-rendered display name.

the UI displayed an inconsistent label, the modal showed the wrong value instead of the expected rendered value.
