When calling the API method pwg.images.setInfo for modifying an image description written in HTML, or the method pwg.categories.setInfo for modifying an album description written in HTML, the provided description is modified as observed in #1949. Very annoying for some users of the iOS app.

I think we should do what I did recently for the user comments API method. Add a text_comment field to the response to get only the text of the description.
