Is HEIC only supported in the EXT_Imagick? I haven't been able to find any docs that mention that, but when looking at functions_upload.inc.php it appears it only support EXT_Imagick.

I'm not able to use the EXT version as my web host doesn't include HEIC in there Imagick build, the say CloudLinux doesn't support it. But it is included in the PHP version of Imagick, but it's not working with HEIC files in Piwigo.

Thanks
