Side effect of #2311 correction : if the execution takes long to get into function send_piwigo_infos, for example if your execution has been waiting for user_cache to be rebuilt, and if the send_piwigo_infos has to run, Piwigo will execute it while it has already been executed maybe 3 seconds ago.
