Because each character (or word) in Chinese text is considered as an independent content block, and min-content calculates the minimum width based on these independent blocks.
Replacing min-content with fit-content can display normally

.breadcrumb-item.add-item {
width: fit-content;
cursor: pointer;
color: #777;
transition: 0.3s;
}
