if you are on a shared host, if you want to disable all the sizes... the pictrue page displays the thumbnail and no multi size menu : we should display the menu with 2 options Thumbnails and Original
Of course only if the user can see the 'HD'

The good question would be : what is the purpose of not having the original on the picture page?
Because if every sizes are disabled, only the thumbnail size is displayed
