With php 8.0 and 8.1, warnings appear in piwigo, we need to fix them so Piwigo becomes compatible with php 8.1 and 8.0.

To sum up : making Piwigo compatible with PHP 8.1 has required to update Smarty to version 4.1 which requires PHP 7.1. In practice I encounter no problem with PHP 7.0 but it definitely no longer works with PHP 5.6.
