As implied in this post http://piwigo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=15863
the search function should be able to also search through comments left by users.

Adding feature request here, as asked by "VDigital" from Piwigo-Team,
who also said:

"Searches should have to go throught validated comments.
Or this point should be included in the gallery configuration parameters."

The initial quick search went through the user comments. However it was getting slower using this feature so I have removed it from the code...

Comments page
Filtering
Keyword

e.g nice
http://piwigo.org/demo/comments.php?key … _number=10

Yes, often webmasters forget these filtering options, I know.

On the Result Search page:
Could we have a visible link to launch a comments search with the same criteria?
Is that suit you?

Yes that would possibly work;
Or how about adding "user comments" as a "category"?
This way you don't have to do a search twice,
but just choose "User comments" under the category drop-down menu?
