Notifications email did not appear to send #1228

I sent a notification to subscribers in Admin->Users->Notification->Send to alert users about new photos. That process seems to work. My email is on the list of subscribers. I have received no mail. Mail server is configured properly, I'm able to send test mails and users have received registration messages.

I checked the error logs and saw this:
