When dragging an Album to reorder it, If you go over an album that has sub-albums, It will drop-down the sub-albums list.
If you have few sub-albums this is OK but when you have 50+ sub-albums it becomes pretty annoying.

Objective : Prevent albums from opening when dragging other albums over them.
