I'm getting this error

Notice: Undefined offset: 71311 in D:\piwigo\include\category_cats.inc.php on line 283

After synchronising a folder with lots of images and videos in it.

I've got the same thing. I installed Piwigo and added 120,000 images, and am getting the same error. Here are some more details:

themes/modus/themeconf.inc.php:277 is accessing $item['representative']['src_image'] without checking if $item['representative'] is an array. In this case, $item['representative'] is null. (at least, according to xdebug/vdebug)

PHP 7.4, just a vanilla default install.
