Since the version 11, adding $conf['guest_access'] = false; in LocalEditor prevents from uploading images with the iOS app:

• The version 2.6 of the iOS app calls the method uploadAsync without cookie (asynchronous ephemeral sessions).
• For each uploaded chunk, the Piwigo method ws_isInvokeAllowed is triggered and returns an error 401 (access denied).
