With the versionning change, Piwigo 11.0.0 will try to download 11.0.x_to_11.1.0.zip instead of 11.x_to_11.1.0.zip. We need to slightly change the download code generator, to generate 11.x_to_11.2.0.zip, 11.x_to_11.3.0.zip... for the upcoming versions.

Of course, we will still have to deal with a 11.0.0 trying to update to 11.2.0 :-/ But that will end with 12.0.0 :-)
