After upgrading to Piwigo 11, the user managment page does not show any users.

There is no error shown in Apache error log

It is certainly due to the syntax in the nb_NO/common.lang.php file. Can you test in English?

I'm already using English as the default language (at least when I go to "Configuration" -> "Languages"), and my user is also configured to user English.

It was another user on my gallery that found the Norwegian error, and the page didn't load at all when using Norwegian.

EDIT: I have also removed the faulty line in nb_NO/common.lang.php, and that didn't fix the issue

Forgot all about the console in Firefox, so checked that and getting the following error messages
