Hello, I would like to contribute to this project for the next few months now that v11 is released.
I want to focus on: security, performance and porting code to new PHP version syntax.
But on the project organization side I would like to contribute by reviewing and closing very old Pull request (some from 2016) and Open Issues. Having this many issues and pull requests is crazy.
On main Readme file, it says Requirements PHP 5.3 or greater (7+ recommended). I think we should support only 7.3+ or 7.4 for the next v12 release since its the official PHP version supported.
Thanks.
