Feature #626 breaks pagination completely

System: nginx 1.19, php-fpm 7.4, mariadb 10.5

Symptoms: when clickin' "next" link or any link to specific pagenumber, nothing happen, browser start waiting for response until timeout

Web server logs has no meaning information that could point to a root of problem.
It only says that "client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx closed keepalive connection" or "epoll_wait() reported that client prematurely closed connection while sending request to upstream".

When taking back the earlier version of include/functions_url.inc.php this problem goes away
