Cannot add photo via literal IPv6 address in URL #1087

If I Start Upload a photo on the web UI via the url
http://[fd00::5054:ff:fe90:a01a]/admin.php?page=photos_add
the upload does not start.
If I add the line
00::5054:ff:fe90:a01a piwigo6
to the
/etc/hosts
of the machine which runs the browser and access piwigo via
http://piwigo6/admin.php?page=photos_add
the upload works.
