Identification fails when gallery is empty #1076

This is quite a specific use case, but we have discovered that if you follow these steps, you get stuck:

  1. right after install, log in with your webmaster credentials (user created during install)
  2. in the administration, do not add photos, create a new user "user1", with no admin status
  3. log out
  4. log in as "user1". The identification seems to fail (it doesn't) and you can't log out. You're stuck.

What happens is that the step 4 works: you're logged in as "user1", but since the gallery is empty, no_photo_yet is triggered and displays the login form because you're not admin. When trying to log in, identication.php says "you're already logged in" with a redirection to gallery home.

no_photo_yet page should not be triggered if the visitor is a connected user, without admin status.
