  • add a new virtual album
  • go into Edit, notice it's unlocked (under Publication)
  • type something into the description field, and Save
  • notice the album is now locked
  • try to unlock album, then Save; album locks again
  • remove description, Save
  • now the album is unlocked
  • try to lock the album, then Save; album stays unlocked
