feature 2027 implemented: the "lost password" feature was rewritten.
...
The algorithm is highly inspired from WordPress :
1) in a single field, you give a username or an email
2) Piwigo sends an email with the activation key
3) the user clicks on the link in the email (with the activation key) and is able to set a new password
The "lost password" feature is no longer limited to "classic" users:
administrators and webmasters can use it too (no need to tell webmasters
that they can only change their password in the database)

are calculated for GD only (because Imagick and External ImageMagick are not
using PHP memory as far as I could find on the web).
bug 2408 fixed: change term "old style form" into "browser uploader" and
"multiple file form" into "Flash Uploader" (based on WordPress user interface)

A lot of fixing extending the german HelpMe pages.
Some typos fixed.
May be reversed if not agreed upon.

Amended German translations. Made it more consistent and corrected some typos and grammatical errors. Plus corrected a typo in English file. Didn't look much at admin.lang.php, but worked through common.lang.php entirely.
