dedicated screen let the administrator sort the images (pur HTML, no
JavaScript yet). The "rank" sort order is available only for a category
without flat mode. New database column image_category.rank.

bugged (r2297 was repeating new and old header).
By the way, I've also removed the replacement keywords. We were using them
because it was a common usage with CVS but it is advised not to use them with
Subversion. Personnaly, it is a problem when I search differences between 2
Piwigo installations outside Subversion.

New system for the filter page configuration
View mode flat_recent_cat becomes flat_cat (recent period is removed because global filter is sufficient)
Recent period of global filter must be defined "after" start parameter (default value is $user['recent_period']).

It's a finalized version.
Obsolete code of draft are removed.
You can filter categories and images with recent date period on your screen selection.
In the future, filter could be easy done on other type data (plugin?)
You can flat categories and sub-categories with a recent date period of your choice.
Next, perhaps, a panel to choice recent date for the 2 features.
On draft, there have problem with MySql 5, be careful!
Css problem not resolved:
- Menu "Categories" is bad centered
- Icon on dark too on the top

It's a draft of the feature witch allows to show only recent elements.
Development are not finished.
Queries and special pages (best rates, tags, etc.) are not modified.
Only main php files about images and categories are ok.
Before to continue, I prefer to determinate a solution between modify cache implementation or hide counters.

contain non ASCII characters. Oriented navigation with tags by association.

improvement: in category.php, an icon opening a popup display the list of
search rules.
modification: function get_search_array is responsible of search rules
retrieving from database. This function is called from get_sql_search_clause
and from search_rules.php
modification: ability to search multiple authors. Warning: this version of
search tool can't search author names including any blank space.
