- ws accepts method name in GET paraeters even if http method is POST (easier to see in apache logs)
...
- picture rating is done through POST and not GET

feature 1502: based on Dotclear model, P@t has reorganized the way Piwigo
...
manages template/theme in a simpler "theme only level" architecture. It
supports multiple level inheritance.
