#1467 Plugin Update refresh

- Style the update plugin and update extension page to match with pluginBoxes design
- Move the css of plugin installed from .tpl to .css
- Change class name of pluginBox forms (classic, line and compact in classic-form, line-form...)
- Factorize the code of the update extension page
