Heltec V3.2 does not sent telemetry and gps possition to APRS-FI #284

Hi i have a problem fighting some time and no success.
I have Heltec V3.2 no GPS iGate DIGI firmware V3.2.4.
I set everything also my position fixed and i can not see that change in APRS-FI
I can see on screen that APRS-FI connection is OK.

Server set to europa.aprs2.net port 14580 (when i change port to non filtered i can see many packets coming in from server)
filter m/20
Enables connection and becon and i see that stations near me getting my packets but APRS-FI does not get anything, status,
becon, position nor telemetry is shown in APRS-FI
But i have set Syslog to lora.link9.net and that i can see correct position/becon message and telemetry i sending recived packets to it..

Does anyone have idea/similar problem?

Tried reconfigure everything, whipe hole firmware and flash it again no success.

lets test the basics:

does it send its own position as a beacon to aprs-is ? (disable it completely the RF / LoRa Tx of the beacon , just to test Wifi

I did. It does not sent position to APRS-IS, but it does to lora-aprs.live/
On the heltec screen it says WiFi OK APRS-IS OK
tried reboot few times and the same

Image DIGI - OFF the same.. i changed GPS Lat. Long. and it updated on https://lora-aprs.live/ but no on APRS.fi

I see you are connected to aprs-is, but it is written that 7 packets have been received, 2 erronous packets with invalid callsigns in path. Can you please check at your callsign if there are any spaces before or after and that it is only SP9JZ-2 ?

Image thats last package from aprs.fi app i can see previous looks the same.

WX telemetry is OFF

SP9JZ-2 is my call sign for lora aprs i have also VHF aprs on my hand radio SP9JZ-7 and VHF digi igate SP9JZ-10

yes, I can confirm, I see the same. But no position packet.
This can either be

  • send beacon via APRS-IS is not enabled - please check if enabled
  • coords are in a wrong format - please check and make only 2 digits after the .

if this does not help, please reset the device and only change

  • callsign
  • server
  • passcode
  • enable aprs_is
  • enable send beacon via aprs-is

everything else should stay untouched.

Beacon path can be WIDE1-1 WIDE2-1 but without coma [,] inbeteen. i moved all changed to the point where we started and all working fine.
