V_ext problem in the latest version (Heltec WSL) #260

After flashing to the latest version, there is no 3.3V on the V_ext pin (where the WX sensor is connected) on my Heltec Wireless Stick Lite test board. After flashing to an older version, it is OK. Is there any change in the Vext_Ctrl control? I can't find it.

Another similar problem: apparently, ADC_Ctrl pin control also has not been implemented in the latest version. The WSL board cannot measure battery voltage – it shows nonsense voltage value. It's not important to me, but it was fine in previous versions.

found the problem and fixing it as we speak (soon V3.2.2)
