Hi Ricardo, I cannot get OTA updates to work on my Heltec WiFi LoRa 32 V3.2.
I initially tried updating a fully configured iGate via my home WiFi, when this didn't work I tried a factory reset install (web flasher) and OTA from the NOCALL-10 Auto AP, this also failed.
The ElegantOTA page reports "Update Successful" but the version information at the bottom of the Configuration web page shows the old firmware is still running, even after a power cycle.
To reproduce:
Use the Web Flasher to program V3.1.2 web_factory.bin
Connect to NOCALL-10, open the configuration webpage and view the version information (I see Version date: 2025-09-17, Build date: 2025-09-17 20:16:36 UTC)
Download V3.1.4 heltec_wifi_lora_32_V3_2.zip, extract ota_update.bin then program using Update OTA (OTA Mode = Firmware)
ElegantOTA page shows "Uploading v3.14_ota_update.bin" + progress bar, then finally "Update Successful"
Power-reset the board, re-connect to NOCALL-10 then re-check the version information on the configuration webpage (I still see Version date: 2025-09-17, Build date: 2025-09-17 20:16:36 UTC)
My serial log of the above test:

I had the same problem on my ttgo-lora32-v21. Solved by doing incremental updates. Going from 2.1.3 to 3.1.4.1 definitely not working. At least is doesn't leave it in an unusable state and you can retry.
Succeeded with the following path on mine. Don't know if any can be left out, but 2.2.6 -> 3.0 also failed.
2.1.3 -> 2.2 -> 2.2.6 -> 2.3 -> 3.0 -> 3.1 -> 3.1.4.1
Make sure you reboot between each update. If you get a error about loading config, you probably didn't reboot.

OTA updates not working on my TTGO LORA32 V21 ... I'm stuck with V3.1.2.
Tried to update every single version since then (with reboots of the device) but it wont' accept V3.1.3 / V3.1.4 / V3.1.4.1.
After 100% it says that the update was a success but after the reboot it is still running with version 3.1.2 (17. Sep. 2025)

OTA updates are back from now on.... but you need to flash this fully.
libraries have been fixed and updated for this. Newer versions will work with OTA again too.
