HI,
is there any possibility to install the software on Helttec Wireless Bridge - https://heltec.org/project/wireless-bridge/ ?
If I am not wrong it is not listed in supported hardware but it looks to me as a nice HW for this purpose.
Thank you for any information how to install / port it on the HW.
Martin

this looks like an old board , almost like a brother to the old Heltec Wifi LoRa v.2 with ESP32 and SX1276
new Heltec boards all have SX1262 and ESP32S3 (or NRF52840). This new LoRa Modules have better performance and less current consumption.

Hi,
yes I have it. Unfortunately I bought some boxes without deep investigation of them :-( just because it look good from HW point of view. My intention was to use it for APRS LoRa GWs (433Mhz) and Meshtastic GWs on (868 MHz). Meshtastic is finally works and I am focusing on APRS now.

Do you know how to use VSCODE + Platformio? as this would be needed for the testing before having a valid webflasher version for it
if you help me out with this:
https://resource.heltec.cn/download/Wireless_Bridge/Schematic_Diagram_HTIT-WB_V0.2.pdf
we can try to make it work

I worked with platformio about 5 years ago. Currently I haven't it installed on my computer (Kubuntu Linux) - I am using Arduino IDE for my projects. I have to install it first. Hopefully I will be able to start to use it then. Honestly speaking it doesn't look to me intuitive :-( .. but will try to learn it ;-).

Well I am ready ;-). Platformio is installed and I have already cloned and opened the project. What next? What can I do with the schematic to move it forward?

tonight (i will have a new branch to add this board and we can start with it) do you have telegram? look for me with the same user here on GitHub

I would like to correct my mistake. There are wrong PINS/GPIO for LEDs above.
Here is correct assignment:
Green LED (Lora): PIN 39 / GPIO22
Yellow LED (Wifi): PIN 35 / GPIO23
Blue LED (BT/BLE): PIN 14 / GPIO25
Unfortunately green LED (GPIO22) is in collision with I2C.

Hi,
here is a list how modem, LEDs and switches are connected to ESP:
LEDs
Green LED (Lora): PIN 22 / GPIO2
Yellow LED (Wifi): PIN 23 / GPIO0
Blue LED (BT/BLE): PIN 25 / GPIO16
Switches
Reset: RST
User: PIN 23 / GPIO0
Modem
LoRa DIO0: PIN 15 / GPIO26
LoRa DIO1: PIN 11 / GPI35
LoRa DIO2: PIN 10 / GPI34
LoRa SCK: PIN 34 / GPIO5 / SPI1 SCK
LoRa MISO: PIN 19 / GPIO19 / SPI1 MISO
LoRa MOSI: PIN 27 / GPIO27 / SPI1 MOSI
LoRa CS (NSS): PIN 35 / GPIO18
LoRa RST: PIN 17 / GPIO14
M.
Board has been added ;)
